Sunday, Just take your time today…

a delicious day… just turn that spout gently,
look at those lovely lemons/limes of life;
know that YOU are the sweetest addition you will have to make to this gift
ENJOY, slowly
this is a day that is YOURS.
The sun is shining here,
I had the most wonderful and refreshing sleep
the greatest of dreams
now am relaxed and refreshed.
I enjoyed all the comments of yesterday,
I always enjoy all the comments of each day!
The Cardinal has greeted me
said its hello in the tree beside me here
reminding me of the beauty that
surrounds us.
And on this day,
it is important to know
we are entering all in the prayer bowl here,
the ceremony will begin shortly of
hope in healing, in sending strength to all who have asked,
in reminding you that you have all that you need
to be more for yourself and for those you love.
Remember to breathe, know that you are never alone, hold tight to the fact that we are never stronger than when we are asking for help from others.
today we have many who are walking a difficult road,
new warriors are here, asking that we join in prayer, in strength and that we hold them up in times of fear and uncertaintity…
In times of new diagnosis of Cancer, in times of trying to figure out what to do next, which path to take
feeling overwhelmed.
Please know this; and try to remember as you bring this thought to the frontal lobe of your magnificent brain:
the Universal Onesness of the Creator that lives within you is there, always there, to love you and guide you unfailing and  strong,
and will always be with you,
YOU only need to be still to feel the presence of that which is greater than all of us
know that we are never alone,
that together we will hold you up
we will lift you on the back of an Eagles’ wings
giving you courage to step into territory unknown
and into your own strength and healing ways.
At times it is sometimes dark and scary
sometimes it is time
to reach out your hand to others,
many here are “those others”
who have walked the walk and can talk the talk,
often knowing of resources and ways
that astound others
along the way.
this is a sacred page of
warriors here,
many are cancer survivors, many are professionals who
know how to access information
or places to go for the best
will tell you do not settle
for anything less
for only one opinion.
I will say this:
“you are your most precious resource, take
best care of you, and
HOld on to this day, enjoy each breath, each moment, each experience.
Savor it, as we only have this day.
the sage is lit, the prayers are going up and filling the air,
for all who enter here

We have right here right now to make it right with all living things knowing we are all interconnected n the Universe.
WE HAVE THIS DAY… words and actions get imprinted on the heart, on the nervous systems of those we meet, greet and those we love.
KINDNESS is something that we all can do more with;
it is never ever out of style, out of vogue and its benefits are tremendous.
Enjoy this day as we enjoy the beauty of a butterfly that graces us with its presence on a fabulous day!

STOMP with great HOPE and HAPPINESS for this day it is yours, and for that I am grateful, aren’t you!

Know that there are some powerful warriors on this page and in the next place along with some Powerful angels ~ and together we have banded together with the energy, love and support to facilitate healing and hope for so many along their journey…
I met three women facing Breast Cancer
on this trip… we spoke, they shared tears and thoughts.
they reminded me of
many I have had as friends and clients and I shared with them some of the gifts I have received by warriors here
in the stories…
then I reminded them of a quote by
Maya Angelou that many of you if not all of you
might just want to write down and put on your mirror
to remind yourself of
while breathing today whether you are woman or man:
“I love to see a young girl go out and grab the world by the lapels. Life’s a bitch. You’ve got to go out and kick ass.”
Maya Angelou

and for that I hope you feel great connection in times of sorrow, confusion, isolation, and happiness; knowing we are all connected in the great circle of life~
Whatever it is,
get out there and find what you need to fight it,
to stare life in the face
and to
YOu are a warrior.
breathe friends,

The fire is burning brightly, the embers are hot and the sage is drifting into the air, with prayers being sent to all in the prayer bowl and many who are not. You know who you are and you are being thought of …
That is the HOPE in Healing Heartaches ~
Walk In Beauty,

I hope everyone had a wonderful Sunday and weather was good where you are. Been rainy here in SE Michigan again today. Dr. Sherry, I am happy you were able to have a good night rest and all is well. Still praying for COB that she feels much better and Sandy and Stewart that things with their home continue to go well. Take care friends and Blessings to those that are here – Sandy♥

  3. Thank you Irene for checking on Chris. We miss her wit and insights. How dare someone hack her.Let me at um. Chris since you are here. Welcome home. We miss you. 4. Good afternoon to all. A good read today.I have contacted Chris, all is well in her world. Had some computer trouble, does read the blog, being cautious to comment due to a previous hacking. I had an easy Sunday, relaxed, calm and keeping cool in the air.Ready for a full week, blessings to all on the list and to those not mentioned, too." oh, well, feels like hell to me " Too HOT !

  5. I can hardly believe how much the list of names has grown over time. Nice to remember that when I hit a rough patch, I can shift away from myself and send warm energy to all those that may need it much more than I do. It's another wonderful day to enjoy, relax, accomplish a few things and make this day all I want it to be. Best to all.
